    I agree with Eddies second list. You might try and get someone who can do the plumbing and electrics at the same time to cut down on multiple lifting of boards and channeling of walls etc etc. Will you need a builder ?

    Best Dust Sheets

    Cut a piece of plywood to get the best fit you can and then use cotton twill dust sheets to cover taps and any exposed areas of the bath. Brewers have some good quality dust sheets in various sizes, some of which come with a polythene backing to prevent paint seeping through.

    You could fit a small batten to the wall between the two units to provide extra strength if required or some angle brackets fixed to the wall. But as previously mentioned the sink will add strength.

    Why do MP's need second homes ? Would it not be easier to take an empty office block and convert it into one bedroom serviced apartments thus eliminating the need to claim for second homes and removing the temptation to profit from them. MP's should have a relocation package to assist...
