    You need to check the pump is running. Is all the radiators hot? Pipework possible clogging up. Possible boiler nearer end of life, quite old. You need to get an engineer to have a look and advise you. Daniel.

    Better to put isolation valves on pipe just before it connected to taps on every basin, bath and toilet, that way you can repair tap without turning off other. You will have to make bath panel easy removable. Daniel.

    First run the boiler and pump on HW only, that will clear airlock on boiler flow and return. Do you have a air vent around above 3 port valve? Daniel.

    I am confused. You say BG used 1.0mm2 three and earth cable? That is fine as 3 cord and Earth is suitable for room stat, one for permanent live, one for neutral, one for switch live and Earth wire. Daniel.

    You need to fit the black plastic insert on timber first then the metal frame go in, fit first to bath base then screw in black insert to metal frame. Daniel.
