What happends when it rains and water gets underneath, would it still be able to dry out? whats best to hold the frame together, screws of nails? also would it be best to drill the frame to the house to make it more stable? Thanks

Thanks for your reply, can you have decking on concrete? also how would I build the frame as the house is one side and a fence the other, so I can't put screws in from the outside, Should I make the frame then lift it in?

Received the pump today, but where the white lead on the old one http://i47.tinypic.com/6737l1.jpg the new pump hasn't got a lead on at all, it's got the black bit on it where the white lead goes into, any idea what I do, do I need to get a new lead or do I use the lead thats there...
