t he at was my thought/solution also, but will the 3 pipes that can get warm, not affect the cables in anyway where the conduit passes underneath the pipes, or will it be insignificant and of no concern ? thanks again for your input

thanks for the input There won’t be any long term heavy usage of the types you mentioned Simply it’s a small freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer, and then occasional tools (chopsaw, sdsdrill etc) and a heat pad for my home brew :D
