OMG!! It's brilliant. Great story, amazing script by Aaron Sorkin (before he got a bit up himself), stellar cast. I love good courtroom dramas. Pretty much the perfect film for me.

MBK now seems to be changing from claiming that she was actually obstructing the ICE agents, to claiming that they had a reasonable suspicion that she had attempted to obstruct them. Even though she didn't cause any actual obstruction.

The ICE operation in question was taking place about two hundred yards away. After they had wrapped it up, some of their cars drove straight past her. They could do this because the other lane was completely free and there was plenty of room. At no point did she impede anyone from ICE in any way...

OK, at least you are trying to answer the question now. So, when does she try to block the path of the ICE agent(s) with her car. Do you have some evidence. That's all I have been asking for.
