I was under the impression that with a supervisor on site that RCD protection was not always required - Im sure thats the way they told me at my 17th upgrade course - along with ' basically treat everyone like idiots - because most people are when it comes to electric ' - am I wrong ?

Thanks spark123, sorry didnt mean cheap as in ' cheap ' but best value for money. I'd love to fit all RCBO's but its just too expensive for customers. I wonder if these will start to drop in price now ?

Thanks RF, Are there any websites etc availiable that i can use to compare energy usage eg. if a factory uses 25 normal flous and i replace the with 25 high freguency flous taking into consideration the cost of the fittings how long would it take to redeem the cost and start saving ?
