yes, full reset. reload NVM settings Thanks for the info I did check the zone setup and checked that zones 1-2 were setup in area A. Set the arm suite to timed. Used Master user to arm the panel but once again nothing no error message/s on the control panel.

Update.. Phoned tech support but still no luck in arming the panel... No real issues from the discussion - therefore I assuming its an issue with the board. The most interesting point was that I had disabled Z3->Z9 (not used) but when arming the alarm and selecting omit I could still see...

Tried no luck. The control panel never indicates that the system is alarmed though it registers a 'YES' when arming the system.

Yes.. from one zone wired to the tamper. The other tamper has an 2k2 resistor wired across to the alarm terminal. The alarm terminal has a 4k7 resistor across both alarm terminals and then to the other zone terminal. thanks for taking the time to help http://isyn.co.uk/photo_01.JPG

I've updated the Suite Arm Modes and changed to Timed Exit but still no luck.. When arming the alarm I only get a single beep and thats it. The PIR's light go active but no sound on the control panel but if I lift the lid up I the tamper works as expected. I've not mapped any zones.. Is this...

I seem to receive one exit tone but that's it not sure if should receive a few until the 20 seconds are up. The tamper lid is disabled until I sort this out but if I open the PIR's the tamper alarm goes mad on the control panel.. probably as the same with the lid I expect, will give it ago...

Resolved.. :) Control Panel lid was not closed properly causing the tamper light to be permanently on. This was found by performing the walk through test that highlighted the zone at fault and then by pressing the omit button indicated the cause...
