The fault has been confirmed by an independent engineer. He diagnosed the main PCB at fault and recommended changing both boards as he wasn't sure if one board had caused the fault to the other!
This will be the fourth set of boards this oven has required!
Faulty oven?
Faulty design...
I think all the hinges on this type of cooker wear in time (three years) and allow the doors to drop quickly and sometimes too far meaning the glass may slide out.
I have an 907mf with other issues although the hinges are a nuisance too...
What was the issue with this? Did it need replacement circuit boards?
I think the recent batch of PCBs from Stoves are below standard. We've had three sets in our four year old oven already and now require a fourth!

Other than the manufacturer I have not found anywhere to get parts for my Stoves cooker.
Shouldn't need repairing anyway!

No, it's between three and four years, having been repaired twice before by Stoves!
I'm intending to write to Stoves with details of the repairs and continued problems. How long is a cooker such as this, almost £600, supposed to last?
Digital display simply flashes and audio unit creates a ticking sound.
Have disconnected the front panel from controller board and this reduces the volume of the ticking but fault remains.
Cannot currently use oven
Any ideas please.
I have a Worcester Bosch 35 cdi that cuts out. Been fine for 5 years I must add.
It works fine providing central heating, and fine providing hot water... until there is a demand for cold water! The boiler then cuts out and requires a reset - most unfortunate when showering :?
Any help...
