I have always used and seen 15mm pipe to radiators. I see JG have a manifold that goes from 22mm to 4 x 10mm. Is this OK and has anybody used it? Is 10mm to radiators OK?

There isn't 50mm available. I can't be the only one with this problem. Maybe it is better to run the cables above the insulation between that and the roof felt but that would reduce the required gap and may cause moisture. If I used conduit - metal/plastic would that be OK.
