Does anyone know what type of screws are used for 1 gang light switch faceplates ? Are they M3.5 or m4 ?

I have some tiles that are cut to size and mortared under the hip tiles. The problem is a few of them have broken and I am not sure how I can get them out and place new ones. Can someone advise.
