Hi, I had a similar problem with a Biasi Prisma 28se and it turned out to to be due to moisture in the CH micro switch. I think I picked a suitable spare up from Maplin's for a couple of quid.

Sounds more like circulation problem rather than diverter valve diaphragm. Pump may be slow, blocked etc.

I suggest you use a locknut and Dowty washer arrangement so you can screw the locknut and washer back up once you've screwed your connector nto both rads.
