    Shataff toilet spray

Never mind Water Regs eh? This is just like when folk say to me that 60° on DHW cylinders is too hot and that it's ok to turn it down as you hardly hear owt about Legionella in this country. Regs are usually in place because a situation has occurred in the past to warrant the particular Reg...

    Heat exchanger

Come on Dan, when we are asked whether a system needs flushing or not, without knowing the system, the best course of action would be to drain said heating system and refill with battery acid. James.

Point 8.1.1 in the combi manual states that if the CH pipes run vertically from the appliance, that a Non Return Valve should be used. How far away from the appliance should an Auto Bypass Valve be installed? Gas valve takes 10 seconds to remove if access to pump is required. I...

CORGI   You obviously didn't check their GAS SAFE card. This would also detail if they could work on fires, boilers, etc. A quick check on the GAS SAFE website http://www.gassaferegister.co.uk/ would verify their details. Tut tut. James.

    15mm pipe cover in BLACK

Hammerite is a very good metal paint. To be fair I hate working on painted copper pipes, very rare I find that the paint peels off as you put it. But who's going to stop you with your slitting of black plastic conduit. Enjoy. James.

Electrics, Water and Gas in a box. By allowing them to mix whilst showing a lack of competence, you are potentially creating a dangerous situation! Stand back, be a big man about it and call a professional and check their Gas Safe registration details. Good Luck! James.
