Boiler condemned - need advice on new boiler pls

Hi all,

I need some advice please, on boilers.

We've just bought our house and we need a new boiler (gas board condemned it yesterday - same day we got our keys!).

The current ancient boiler is housed in an outside boiler room (integral to the house but accessed from an outside door).

*It has an asbestos flu.

I need someone to take the old boiler/flu out (safely, knowing its asbestos).

We also need advice on what to replace it with, in order to be sufficient for a good sized 4 bedroom house, and ideally what to look for in a boiler.

Well you need a good boiler engineer.

But if you put your location in your profile perhaps we could suggest someone close to you.

Put a photo of your boiler and flue so we can make some suggestions.
