That's what I did to my quarry tiled floor that I self levelled over. Just thinking would height be an issue in any way? Also would you tile right under the existing kitchen units?

OK so am I right in thinking it would be something like this (obv return pipework would look better!) blue is the bypass valve. Is there any regulation restrictions to this, obv this line will be hot? So does the run have to be placed out the way Also in order to drain to work on it, presume...

    Rearranging pipework any issues?

OK that makes sense. Can you give me an idea of what autobypass valve I need. Also what is the ideal length of pipework that I need to run from the initial t, to the valve then to the return? It's a baxi eco blue system boiler

    Rearranging pipework any issues?

Is this something I need a plumber for? I have done quite alot of other work on the system Inc draining fitting three radiators with copper pipework/soldering. But I wouldn't say I'm overly familiar with all parts of this system

    Rearranging pipework any issues?

Thanks for the reply, this is the original issue I am having though. So the rad that doesn't have the TRV on is in the hallway. This heats up with the hot water. In the kitchen the pipework most accessible for a kitchen/dining room radiator (and that needs a bit of rearranging for the new...

    Floor prep before tiling

Yeah I actually did, but the tile just disappeared! Not sure if the Mrs moved it or something. Tried again yesterday and got most of them down, looks good but some are not exactly level to each other. I didn't have levelling clips, perhaps I should have used those!

    Floor prep before tiling

I have already PVA'd and wished that I hadn't after reading it's not the right thing to use. Is the purpose similar to plastering? slow down suction and maybe seal the surface? will the fact Ive used PVA already matter?
