Hi Rocks1 Yes took the heater box lid off, and cleared the fluff. To be honest there was hardly any fluff in it.

Hi there Having alot of trouble with an Electrolux Washing Machine EWN13570W. Basically whatever programme you put on, the pump just runs - nothing else. No water will come in the machine and the motor doesn't turn. The machine is 18 months old.

Hi there I have a Hotpoint Aquarius Washer Dryer that will not empty. The first time the machine did not empty it tripped the trip. I have changed the pump but there is no pump action at all? Any help would be more than welcome. I fear the PCB is at fault.

Has the waste pipe been moved? If the waste pipe is below the water level in the machine the water will siphon out.

Is the filter clear? Could be the pump that needs replacing.

You have a blocked pump.

Sounds like the bearings have gone. Get it fixed sooner rather than later.
