i tried that already, it just keeps coming up with user reset required, I don't have to engineers manual. and not sure what the master code is but 1234 seemed to work

The alarm failed to set and came up with a fault which said Tel line failed. I have the engineers code and tried to do a reset of the system which resets the system but then it says user reset required. how do i do a user reset? any help appreciated, thanks :)
