Further panic because I woke up to this today: It's coming under the floor from the en suite shower into the bedroom side. I only took the head off the control unit, but whatever I did it seems to have created havoc. Can anyone see from this anything obvious please and thank you?

Okay, my shower unit has started to flow out from the underside of the control unit. Is this a case of 'replacement cartridge' or could it be a perished seal ring or whatnot?

It's just a living room with a sofa behind it!

So how do you screw into a piece of wood which is just sitting resting on the plasterboard above? Won't it move all over the place whilst trying to screw through the plasterboard?

Fidom thanks for the reply. I want to attempt the wood from above method but won't there be two screw ends poking through the ceiling being visible in the bathroom?

I'd like to put down something simple and easy, I don't fancy cutting tiles to be honest. Can I just go to B&Q and pick up squares of lino to put down ?
