Hi, we have a Pittosporum which has developed black marks on the leaves, these black marks are in the leaf and won't wash or rub off. Does anyone please have any advice on how to treat our Pittosporum to cure the black leaves? I have cut a the worst ones off. Thank you.

Hi, can anyone please recommend a lawn spreader which will spread general lawn feed and grass seed effectively? A lot of the spreaders in the sheds aren't capable of spreading grass seed. Thanks for any replys on this subject.

Just started painting fascias board and soffits but thunder bugs are causing havoc to the finished surface. These tiny little black insects about 1.5mm long stick to the undercoat and gloss in mass! Please can anyone tell me how to avoid or minimalist the thunder bugs from touching the paint...

Unfortunately if you use a translucent woodstain the shade of the original coating will show through and you will not achieve the desired shade. I would suggest that you apply an opaque woodstain, various companies produce opaque stains but you tend to get what you pay for.

What is the best orientation of a house? Front North West, side of house (no windows, doors) North East, rear garden South East? Or front North, Rear South? What would be an ideal orientation?
