Pittosporum black marks on the leaves - cure please?

Hi, we have a Pittosporum which has developed black marks on the leaves, these black marks are in the leaf and won't wash or rub off.

Does anyone please have any advice on how to treat our Pittosporum to cure the black leaves? I have cut a the worst ones off.
