Have noticed that the water level in the lavatory pan is low. It's OK for quite a time after a flush, but first thing there is hardly any water in it. Have checked all around the base of the pan for leaks, and there aren't any. Anyone any ideas what could be causing this? Cheers

Yeah, definitely not fitted. I guess the cost of one would be relatively small, and it would be worth giving it a go. I don't fancy getting up at 5 in the morning to keep putting my hand over the flue on the wall outside :?
