Just because all it needs is a couple of bends on the gas doesn't mean its a simple job. It will need a visual inspection of everything before anything starts, then turning on, commissioning, filling out all the necessary paperwork, making sure it all runs right, balancing the heating system...

Elbows are normally worth a metre of flue 45 degree bends are half a metre. Get your gas engineer over and he will be able to figure out if it can be done.

There's no point putting a combi in at all if the flow rate is that low

You size a combi on the hot water demand not the heating. Go for at least a 30 kw boiler if not bigger

Will be absolutely fine mate, if not every new build these days will be in a bad way soon as they use it to seal around everything.

The vessel will have its own discharge on it so where ever you put the vessel you need to take into consideration a discharge pipe.

Are you sure it's rapped in yellow tape and not coated in yellow plastic straight from the factory.

Aslong as the pipes are covered on something then they will be fine.

I've seen it before, aslong as it is all sealed up properly it should be fine
