    Is it terrace, or row of old houses, the reason i ask is, i had experience of a row of old houses that shared just the one isolation stop cock. All the mains came straight out of the concrete floor, and nobody had thought of fitting a stop cock to each and every property. :idea:

    Thanks for that Tony. Just had a glance at the OFTEC site, according to that, theres only 2. You see, the majority of the island is natural gas, but theres a hell of a lot of oil in the domestic side and LPG also, including caravan sites and what not. The other thing is, a lot of guys...

    don't go with a combi, it will not deliver water to all the places all the time. You should go with some form of H/W storage.
