    :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll: When you reset the lockout does the ignition cycle start with the burner light on or off (green light on panel) and does the boiler fire up and then lockout or lockout straight away ? Is the green panel light flashing fast or once every few seconds ?

    You will need to bring the cistern & pan off the wall using 3 or 4 x 2 timber then use a flexi connector or whatever you can get to fit..then tile around timber to hide it 8)
