    its standard practice for us to clean out the loft space when we strip a roof i would of thought the roofer should always clean up after himself depends on size of your roof wheather 3500 is fair or not id mention the rubbish in the loft then the roofer knows your gona keep an eye on things :wink:

    you can insulate from the inside if your taking the ceiling down anyways you then insulate inbetween each rafter spacing with kingspan sheet or similar then fit new plaster board and bobs your uncle lol be sure to leave a space for air flow

    they will probably work from the box valley to replace ridge tiles and even fit new lead flashing up my way you would be looking between 5-8 hundred work wise your looking at approx two men 1 day plus overheads other prices may vary tho id always get at least 3 quotes

    a few things come into play will you need scaffold how much lead is required and are you saying theres 2 rooves 8m long approx 32-35 ridge tiles is it a slate or tile roof?

    hi guys ive been doing a few flat roofs lately and had forgotten how awful they really are was thinking of starting to go down the epdm route could anyone reccomend any courses or advice on the matter thinking i might burn my hands a bit less with epdm :lol:
