Thanks! I will investigate further. I always wondered whether than rubber thing was doing more harm than good - it means I cant clean the gutter! If I remove it I wonder whether that means the water will run off the sheets into the gutter.

Hi guys Ive just checked the guttering on the annex roof. Its leaking behind the soffit(?). How could that happen? The guttering itself seems fine/sturdy. This is the view from above. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks

Yes, I thought that too. But presumably I could move it forward a few cms to avoid the handles. I thought I would mount it outside the reveal, but I dont want to be hitting the blind with my elbow while Im in the shower. I suppose theres pros/cons to either approach.

Can I do it without removing the pan? It seems to me that if I unscrew the 2 screws, the nuts underneath will just fall off. I wont be able to get underneath the pan to hold the nuts to tighten them again. Im probably wrong!
