Hi guys

How do I replace this plug? Im not sure what happened to it. I presume it got stuck (should their be a spring in it?) and the tenant levered it out (hence the mark on the rim).

Is this an easy fix? Thanks

Being a basin access underneath should be ok to remove and replace it. Basin slotted waste required there.

After long term use, the click clack wastes can sometimes jam in the plug. Looks like that's what's happened and the tennant has snapped it to get it open. Shame as they usually just unscrew.

Time to replace as suggested.
