Hi does anyone have any experience of angled bay window radiators? I have had one made and the two side panels don't match the angles of the walls they don't even touch the bracket. Would it be easier to buy big brackets or get the wall plastered more to match the radiator angle??? Any help...

thanks gas safe are coming out a week tomorrow I guess they will sort him out if he is not registered. this has been a nightmare job from start to finish.

hi thanks for advice. I had previous problems and opted to give same company the chance to put things right before I reported them. They have been back and changed the undersize piping and this is wat they did with the flue. I have now reported them to GAS SAFe who are coming out to inspect...

Hi, the flue from my boiler hasn't been put together correctly it has a slight gap in it and there was a drip from it . the plumber came back out took the collar off filled it full of sealant and re-sealed it. is this right? will there be a water build up inside it?

if this is the case i assume this is highly illegal what would happen if i reported them?

I searched the company prior to work and they are fully gas safe registered but I'm starting to think its only the boss who is and he's sent someone out who isn't registered.

when he installed boiler he didn't fill out book and when a dripped developed i got concerened and now he cant produce his card. should i report him?

Hi ive just had a new boiler fitted and was leaking so I asked to see plumbers gas safe card but he coudn't produce it. he said he'd bring it next time but turned up with nic certificates for individual gas fitting operatives. is this right ? ? ?

thanks Ive had the plumber back out and he has finally agreed to replace with 22mm pipe thanks for your help.

boiler was fitted downstairs with pipework running up to first floor with 22mm pipe for about 1 metre then all rads upstairs and downstairs come from 15mm 10 in total. he has agreed to change upstairs to 22mm but says the feed downstairs in 15 is fine I just want to make sure he gets it right...

thanks i'ma bit concerned because the rad on the end of the run is a 1400 by 600 double and we have to have it on max to get it warm sorry forgot to say its a combi vailliant 837

hi my plumber has run 15mm pipework from 1st floor to ground floor which then feeds 4 rads all doubles 2 * 1000*600 1 1200*600 and 1 1400*600 is this acceptable or should it be 22mm ? any advice would be great.
