Ideally i would prefer one that doesnt damage the fixing that the screw goes into. I think i have seen it on one of those home shopping channels goes onto the end of a drill, hit the drill onto reverse and out comes the screw! Im sure i have seen this somewhere before LOL totally cant...

Dont jump to PCB first! Are you gettin 240volts to the pcb?? and nothing happening? if so check your CH thermistor first! if CH thermistor is knacked this boiler will not do anything like ur saying LOL might say u a fortune!

check the condensate trap is not blocked, the ball inside this trap can cause it to block with dirt, Ravenheat Low Nox boilers have an awful design flaw when it comes to the internal condensate pipe inside the boiler! The earlier models had a cheap and nasty condensate pipe from the bottom...

Basic Fan Mod fault - doesnt affect H/W as hot water requires the boiler to work at full flame. The fan mod fault only shows up when the boiler wants to modulate to low flame. The actual fault in the pcb is the board is unable to modulate and just switches off, hence why you get on, off ...
