    Pull cord reposition

The switch came like that with the house. So I will leave as is rather than having to deal with regulation stuff on a new switch. The garage door catching the cord just means I can't find the cord when I need it.

It would be good for a sparky to confirm. There might be some regulations for this kind of switch.

    Pull cord reposition

I have a pull cord light switch in the garage. It's too far away from the wall. Form time to time, the garage door catches it and creating a struggle in the dark when turning on the light. Is there any issues for me to feed the cord through a ring screw to keep it next to the wall and not...

Failing putty (new shed window) (Ed.)

Mold and moisture can affect paint severely. Apply undiluted thick bleach using brush in all areas you intend to cover. Use multiple application as needed. This will kill anything biological. Then fill, prime, and paint. Primer is a glue that enable adhesion. Even so, it will struggle with...

Have to add in some reference information for future use. The most likely bulb paint candidates are: Granville Amberlight as already mentioned by someone. But there are places that said can't paint bulbs with it. Also there isn't a lot of example of it showing the result is amber and not a...

Yeah, unless you have other business? I can't help but noticing your suffering emotional anguish from 20 year old oil. I have some on the garage shelve. Can't do much with them now since I fixed the rocker cover leak.

It's not the money, but my time, and patience. I can't stand b*stards agitating for sake of a couple of £ of profit.

Can't say I am into pop music. A more recent attempt on me was by a couple of young women in their renaut hatch. They were beside me at one point. I was going home with my grocery on the A13, like you do. I was steady 50mph and straight in lane 3. They suddenly pulled out into my lane with no...

No. Someone crashed into me while I was under driving instruction when learning, following all the proper signaling, positioning, etc. Was the instructor carp? No, I went on to pass on the first attempt. The guy who caused the write off on my E36 crashed into me and ran away even though I was...

I kinda drive straight. The thing is, a 3 wheeler crashed into my side when my dad was driving. How do you explain that? I had no licence then.

"Faded" top quality german authorised e-mark: E1 bulb, GE brand made in hungary with all the characteristics of a bosch. I don't believe the coating is moisture/water proof, nor is it natural finger-grease proof. It is made to expire long before it fails electrically.

You don't have to if you don't want to. Probability of accidents are usually quite low. It may never happen to you to be an issue. I have enough occasions of people crashing into me and attempting to crashing into me to be a non-trivial concern for me. It can happen any time, any day. They don't...
