    Raise the gutter up its too low. fwiw the slates can be removed and replaced without mastic or tingles. I'm surprised none of the roofers would know that.

    Good , the verge has to come down . The tile bond is all wrong , Something is moving out as the tiles are spreading. That's not caused by tiles slipping .

    The tiles are of the correct type . The concrete tile and halves look newer than the main roof tiles. I've a suspicion the verge is on a brick gable with no barge . Over time the main roof area will settle leaving the verge where it was. Hence the spacing . They have obviously slipped out of...
