It all depends on pressure and flow you have, combis are sized on hot water not heating. Any combi you have will have poor performance if you open and other tap washing machine etc

How many wraps of tape did you use , I would wrap it 15 times I persume it’s male to female

You cold check any of you neighbours have had there incoming mains repiped with 25 mdp pipe It cold be your incoming mains is restricted with crap

Wire pump Live into live Neutral into neutral Earth into earth The other 2 wire from pump Wire into live into boiler terminal Other wire put into chock block with boiler live wire This will stop boiler firing if fault with pump
