Best way to stop water ingress at this step into garage?

Yes. There are no leaks at the joins though they have already been sealed and holding. The only leak appears to be under the step.

Best way to stop water ingress at this step into garage?

Evening all. Some genius decided to build my garage below ground level so the floor gets soaked. A couple of years ago I used silkaflex and a bead of concrete over the top to seal the perimeter of the garage, and generally it has held up well, apart from at the step into the garage. Please...

Best way to bridge gap between shed and garage?

Hi all. Please take a look at the picture attached. I want to use the gap between the shed and the garage as storage. What would be the best way to put a roof between the two? The main issue i have is the shed roof runs rainwater right into the gap. Ive considered running a guttering strip...

3 way mitre with quad trim?

I think ive nailed it. After re watching the video and doing exactly as it does, i was cutting from the front of the trim instead of the back. I didnt think it mattered but it looks like it does. Im not too keen on flat trims. They are ok for edges but dont like them for transitions between...

3 way mitre with quad trim?

So i tried cutting 2 at 45 degrees and butting the back one up against, this is what it came out with... Obviously ignore the gap at the front if just thrown it together quickly, i mean how the corner match the profile of the quad behind it. Is this what you guys meant?

3 way mitre with quad trim?

Ive just thought, if i cut the two at 45 degrees, am i not going to get a straight sharp lip where they join, that wont match the curved profile of the one butting up to them?

Warped Sink - what should I do?

Hi guys, I have a Franke Basis BFG 6551 Fragranite sink that is warped slightly. The gap created by the warp is 3mm at its biggest. Please see the attached picture. I previously bought the same sink in white last month (didnt like the colour) and that never had a warp. I can push the warp...

Laminate work top step in from standard depth to slim

Its oak effect laminate. The kitchen designer used a 45 degree edge but i didnt like it. A curved edge might work. Whats the best way to achieve that?

    Plasterboard foam adhesive cured thickness

Morning all, When using foam to stick plasterboard to the wall, how thick does the foam have to set between the plasterboard and the brick? Taking into account the level the plasterboard must come to, i literally only have 1mm, maybe 2mm thickness remaining between the plasterboard and the...
