Thanks. I got it all sorted. submitted full plans, and they do regular site visits. Its just that i find that some engineers spec out hard to source materials, and its possible to use other alternatives as long as they are of similar properties.

drainage is key, i must have been misunderstood, i am happy to build my wall. its just that i have been told raising the wall is the only sulution to the drainage issue, so we are sayign thesame thing, just different routes.
