All sorted - Managed to access the cistern and clean the components which were covered in a black gunge(?). Not surprising as it has been nearly 10yrs since its installation. Fortunately the worktop lifted cleanly. Thanks - JJ4091 (y)

It appears that I can just slide up / pull up the main body to increase depth of water? Is it that simple? No clips to undo?

Hi All This is a pic of one of my cisterns. You can see the old watermark showing the cistern is not filling completely. No obvious adjustment is visible. Any advice please? Cheers Doug

Hi All My cistern is overflowing and continues to stream slowly into the bowl for a couple of minutes, before a HISSSSSSS and then shuts off. Is this just an adjustment to fix or new valve? Unfortunately the cistern li is not easily accessible as it is concealed under a bathroom worktop. Cheers Doug
