Boiler leak with no noticeable pressure drop

Just an (unlikely) long shot - are all your rads steel? If not, then you could possibly have a chemical inhibitor reaction against an alloy rad. As I said, very unlikely, but worth crossing off the list.

    Potterton 28 no hot water

What a real pleasure to have an OP post back with both an update and a thank-you. Well done, that man!

    Tap tails too short

Forget Screwfix, find a local plumbers merchant, take your fittings with you (plus the photos you have posted here) and they will sort you. They tend to have good plumbing knowledge themselves, and the fittings will be similar or less than Screwfix. More of a faff for you, and it will take more...

    WORCESTER GREENSTAR HEAT EXCHANGER PROBLEMS

Nick, the rgi's on here are not allowed to offer help and advice on gas related issues. Sounds like you need a decent local man if you can find one or get a fixed price Worcester repair. At 10 years old, you may even consider a boiler replacement if you are feeling flush!

    Replacement combi

My son specced a Main 24HE for his rental property quite a few years back. It was one of the models that had been bodged into becoming a condenser rather than an all new design. I bit my tongue when he suggested it, it was about £450 complete with integral timer and flue. However, some 6 or so...

Vaillant EcoTec Exclusive 832 water pump

Then you should be ok. Bunnyman, you're the expert here, surely Vaillant wouldn't fit the wrong pump? I can't see the OP has done anything wrong here - some reassurance or support would be welcome!

Vaillant EcoTec Exclusive 832 water pump

Just a thought, was the "Vaillant Engineer" simply a local Vaillant approved installer, or did you contact Vaillant themselves for a fixed price repair? If the former, then maybe you could have the wrong pump, if the latter, not very likely. At least, I would hope not.....

    Advice on corroded radiator

When it starts leaking, it will be from the bottom join line between the front and back panels. And it will probably start as a small dribble, allowing plenty of time to replace. At the moment, you have surface rust only, although flaking seems to be beginning. Wire brush and protect this area...

    Servicing magnaclean filter

The canister wont take the whole bottle, so I tend to add about 250 ml every year at service time. And every year I forget to allow for the magnet displacement and fill the canister to the rim. Every year!! Sometimes I feel so senior......

    Advice on corroded radiator

Going from memory, I think Kudox are a Screwfix cheapy type brand? Shoot me down if wrong. If its any consolation, I went for a more expensive Stelrad - and its doing exactly the same as yours. I'm afraid I tend to consider bathroom rads almost as a consumable item - its just not a very...

Vaillant EcoTec Exclusive 832 water pump

Angel, if Bunnyman questions the sizing of the pump you had fitted, then the least you should do is phone Vaillant, explain the situation, and ask them to verify if your replacement pump is correct. Maybe your Vaillant man just had this pump from another job so decided to load it onto you...

Replacing Combi Boiler - Advice if possible please.

Perhaps you didn't quite phrase that well enough, as the regulars have now advised you on a replacement combi boiler and you have over-ridden their advice.

Your rgi will able to sort this for you. He should have weather sealed it for you before commissioning the boiler. Call him back....

Help to repressurise protherm80E combi boiler

One valve is bottom right of picture - you will probably find a filling loop hidden somewhere which you will have to attach - there should be another valve nearby, but I can't see one in your picture.

    Biasi 24s no spark

Glad you got it sorted - I was going to suggest consulting the Installation Manual fault finding chart, but held back. As AGAS suggested, it might have led you into gas related areas. Useful to have a spare boiler.
