    Interesting fence post installation tool

Can't see that tool doing too well in the average UK plot, comprising 3 inches of topsoil on a load of builders' rubble.:giggle:

Will Keter shed integrity be impacted by the overhang off the concrete slabs?

Keter shed walls aren't very thick, so I doubt they'd be properly supported by the slab as is. Perhaps extend the slab area using bricks?

    Is this woodworm?

Sure looks like woodworm. I believe they have a 3-yr life cycle. Even if adults have vacated the holes there could still be grubs in the wood; unless those are very old holes. Best to treat it anyway, as a preventative if not a cure.

Drain cover under decking problem - Solved

Top left of the pic is a nail sticking out. If that's pulled right out does the top-of-pic piece of wood lift out? If so you'd have access for screwdrivers etc.

leak from manhole cover on drive

I had to call out Welsh Water a couple of years ago for a blocked sewer. It was not known beforehand if the sewer was private or shared. I was quoted £140 for clearing the blockage if the sewer was private. In the end it was found to be a shared sewer, so no charge.

    English Cooking

Plenty of the classics, e.g. cottage pie, bangers and mash etc, are available as ready-meals in the supermarkets and served in pubs.

leak from manhole cover on drive

Do you share any sewer connection with your neighbours? If so, it's the water co's responsibility to sort out at their cost. If not, it's your responsibility.

    Replace hedge with what

The land would be disturbed anyway when the hedge is removed (assuming root clumps are removed).

Shower on/off handle, what a crock!

Couldn't you just use a stainless M5 bolt with the head cut off and a screwdriver slot made?

Sliding mirror to create hidden space in child's bedroom ...

Children and mirrors in close proximity don't seem a safe combination . Can you source a mirror with unbreakable glass?

Shower pump coming on in the night

Just a wild thought. Mains pressure pulse might trip a flow switch in the pump circuit? The pump itself could be fine.

Is it any wonder kids minds are fecked?

DeepAI may have a gender problem. The prompt "Trump as ballet dancer" resulted in this output :-

Why a switched live fan is not switching on?

There are doubts about the wiring. Is the cable shown really N and permanent L? Or is it N and SL? Or N and N, Or ......?

Why a switched live fan is not switching on?

The brown input wire is currently in terminal 2. Try it in terminal 3 instead (which is where a switched live would normally go).

Why a switched live fan is not switching on?

Use a different electrician. A qualified one would be able to tell if wires had been mixed up.
