Hi, we had a salamander RPS100 pump replaced 3 months ago with a universal Stuart turner monsoon 3.0.

Recently I have noticed it comes on for a split second in the middle of the night (I must admit I am not sure if it’s being doing this for a while or even since it was installed as it’s so quiet I may have slept through it)

It supplies two showers and I have gone into the loft and checked all the pipes, checked all toilets and all the taps and the shower heads and there are no drips whatsoever anywhere.

Anyone got any ideas why this is happening? It is of course still under warranty so will call Stuart Turner but just wanted to be armed with information before I do so

Just a wild thought. Mains pressure pulse might trip a flow switch in the pump circuit? The pump itself could be fine.
