What does this mean "Not registered for VAT."

If the business turnover is less than the threshold which I think is 68 k then you do have to be vat registered, you can choose to be if you want to. Over that figure you have no choice and must be vat!

    leaking pipe under concrete floor!

Thanks for the info guys, have thought about running new pipework on surface, but I think the room and radiator layout will make this difficult, see image! Due to this think the only way is to find the leak and try to repair. The other worry of course is that further leaks will occur if...

    Radiator knackered?

Hi, The flow was not as hot to the offending rad as the others. Could not be certain as strange layout but would say its not the furthest rad from boiler, its a three storey house, this one is on the middle floor, ll other rads get hot! Starting to drive me bloody mad!

    Radiator knackered?

Yes I bleed the rad!!!!!!!!!!!! Really difficult to connect the flow and return without the rad on sue to the valve connections, this was my first thought. Bearing in mind that when the valves are disconnected I get a nice constant and fast flow from the valves intil the bar pressure...

    Radiator knackered?

TY blades, When the rest of the rads are turned on, the flow and return to the problem rad are cold. The only way I can get ANY heat into that one is by turning all the others off. Cheers

Not my system, Brothers Partner's Know that the valve locked in manual puts it in the mid pos, just telling you what I have been told, by doing this the rads heat a lot quicker. Asked him to check when the system is cold, but does not live there so not there everyday and wanted to find out...
