just turned the main stop tap off and drained the system now cold came straight back but hot gives nothing im thinking air lock, will there be 2 tanks in loft, got one wich was full of hot water and a little feeder tank attached

just moved into new house with gas fire and back boiler and a hot water tank in loft, i turned off water from stop tap while i fitted a new kitchen worktop, but when i turned water back on, there is no water coming out of hot taps at all (cold is fine) please help me :(

just bought ex council property at min it has gas fire and back boiler my question is can i replace the ugly gas fire with an electric one by getting a gas fitter to remove and blank the gas fire then i can fit an electric one?

its domestic and tncs assumed the earthing upgrade was ok but didnt agree with single rcd

well sat the exam last night (gulp) found section a relatively easy confident i passed it but not so sure on section b, definately the tough part of the paper and not feeling too confident about it but now its a long wait for results :(

think i may of over-studied if thats possible heads exploding lol

dont you need c&g 2330 level 3 before you can do nvq3 or am i mistaken? seem to be getting mixed reports on this

can anyone explain if: a tt installation must be protected by 100ma rcd as main switch? or if all circuits have 30ma protection is this enough?
