I would like one in my garage :) but i'm concerned as my garage is on the groundfloor of my house (it's a townhouse). How thick is the concrete likely to be in the garage? will making a hole in it be difficult? will making a hole in it damage the house? apart from those, any other...

I have to admit that the last time I was on site pipefitting (at the new Radcliffe Hospital) I never used bends once - you weren't allowed to as they weren't on the drawings/specs. What was worse was that it was the crimp copper fittings with the o - ring - the crimping gun was a bit of a lump...

Apart from the reasons all ready mentioned, like cost, noise, flow etc, I'd be lost without my pipebender. Somtimes I don't want a 90 degree bend or a 45, and somtimes I just need the slightest kick on a pipe where no arrangement of fittings would do.

There were no kids playing Russian roulette round the back of the bikesheds at my school...just smokin fags. Most of us who were round there grew up with parents who smoked who themselves were grossly misinformed of the dangers and addictive nature of the evil weed. Surely you new that though...
