thats a bit of a problem,I was sent to change the prv that another engineer had booked up,I changed prv and tested ,the pressure whent up and prv let by, HOWEVER, when questioned further it turns out the prv had been leaking for weeks but she had never had to top up the system and she didn't...

i was told five to six years the flow switch looks straight with two wires

the flow switch has a wire mesh filter (cleaned) at the inlet side and a biege flow restrictor (cleaned) at the outlet side

no light on for dhw when tap is run

the dhw heat exchanger runs alongside the ch heat exchanger(no diverter valve no plate heat exchanger) like a conventional boiler,just a flow switch and thermister and a very big headache

there's no diverter valve,the heat exchanger is a combined one.Ever get involved in something you wish you hadn't? :(
