    Can i plaster over textured paint ?

    My mate has just plastered his textured ceiling, and i said shouldnt you have stripped. He said no paints fine if its well attatched, but you have to unibond it. Hes been in the game for years, but still get another opinion coz theres nothing more bad than haveing to do the same job twice.

    May i also add that there is a radiator to plumb in in the roof space of the extension, would that get rid of the air as it is higher than the top of my goal post, but a little along the line? And even though its a just a few rads with not much flux and solder, do i need to flush the system
