    You do have a fault that needs sorting by a registered fitter, meanwhile you may get it to work by turning hot water preheat off.

    Rads do look to have cold spots, your pipes can be flushed even on 10 mm ( copper)

    If your capable it’s a simple repair, drop the system pressure , undo put some sealer on and refit and refill
