We’ve just switched out a radiator and had to extend a pipe and drain some water from the system. Now having trouble depressurising the heating system. I’ve looked through the online manual for our boiler (vaillant turbomax vuw gb 282/2-5) and opened the valve that controls ‘filling the heating system’ (ph.40/41 https://www.freeboilermanuals.com/assets/pdf/vaillant/thermoCOMPACT.pdf) but the pressure gauge hasn’t moved.. What am I doing wrong here?
