Re-Read the manual for the bell box and read the part where it says * Not applicable to Odyssey X-E & X-BE which applies to the fault relay, Tamper relay and test on the bell box. Goes to show, read instructions properly and thoroughly, LOL. Thanks again for your help secureiam.

More further info. When I disconnect the switch at the door (zone wires only) touch them together and then separate them I get the chime as though the door has been opened. So it must definitely be the switch.
