    The two stacks come into the loft space and are just open ended 110mm pipes. No covers or air valves. If i am in the loft and somebody uses the shower, the steam and smells all drift up into the loft space. Will this vapour be a problem and am i at risk of foul gases risining up the pipes into...

    I live in a new-ish house, it is eight years old, I have two soil stacks internally in the house and both end in the loft space. They dont vent outside the loft to atmosphere, is this correct or should they be vented outside the loft space. :?:
