    sorry to hear of this, but i bought a farm about 8 yrs ago then 2 months later on the adjoining fields 2 phone masts appeared, i made a few enquiries and iam sure the response was they didnt need planning permission just some sort of notice which isnt easilly pulled by a conveyancing...

    very interesting, but here in cornwall every time you put an application in the planners always take away your permitted development rights so pd wont be available for a lot of people and also a lot of people here fall out with parish members,lolas they are only bizzy bodies and want abee...

    yes we 1st applied for holiday let in 2002 ish,then an extension to a let in 2009, i except its 1 dwelling but would just like it to accomadate 2 familys during summer i dont want it to become 2 it wouldnt be feesable rates etc, thanks mark

    belligerence that word makes me laugh...... but yes maybe as we always find that most dc officers arnt helpfull we did a pre app and they cover there back so much its unreal, this was a farm and i live in the barn the holiday let was an old horse block built in 1745 of traditional stone...
