    To install you also must be able to plumb ,wheras to service or repair its not necessary. My workmate has done no plumbing ever so struggles with this aspect.

    Insulating under a bath

    It could make tracing the source of any leaks tricky. The insulation could 'wick up' any leaks, and deposit water somewhere else where and when you least expect it. Like little clouds :lol:

    I think you just have a low pressure problem here,somewhere on the boiler or system there is a pressure gauge ,this should read approx 1 bar when cold and 2 bar when hot. you need to check the pressure and then check the flow and return pipework going to the cylinder. There should be somewhere...

    Is there any signs of a leak on the boiler? Is there water getting onto pcb or any electrical components,no matter how small an amount.
