ICE told to get the eff out

Amazing, a pro gun organisation supports the use of lethal force narrative. I'm shocked.

ICE told to get the eff out

That's right he is not immune from state prosecution however as the state have no (and never will) have any access to any evidence a case will seemingly never be brought. Or not whilst this regime is in power anyway.

    Garden Building

It is the internal floor area that is relevant, not the exterior or including any canopies so it is exempt. https://www.labc.co.uk/news/does-my-new-outbuilding-need-building-regulations-approval

    Slope/bulkhead question

If you want to make the clear height less then go ahead nobody can stop you. The Building Regs that apply are the ones that existed at the time your house was built. I don't think there were any regarding stairs at the time. But is it sensible.

    Roofing dust in loft

Just wear a decent mask when you're sweeping/hoovering up, which would be wise in anycase. In reality the dangers posed by asbestos in houses to occupants is tiny, generally people who suffer from asbestosis have worked in a related industry and have been breathing it for years.
