    What type off tiles are you fixing?...wall and floor... Your wall tile sizes.....I wouldn't use a tubed mix for that size...bagged flexy for walls and floors imo Spacers for wall 2mm...

    There is a very good possiblilty you will damage the ufh when you lift the existing tiles .....so when lifted you will want to test the ufh with multimeter to see if still working.... And if so is working,use a latex based levelling compound over it then a good branded flexiable adhesive and...

    Just reading back your a newbie..... The grate.....is what you see in the tray for the water to go in...it's usually silver sometimes white.... The trap...is what you see in pic two...the big white bit...U bend... You will probably need a small length off...solvent pipe and a few 90"...

    Mark the socket hole onto the face off the tile transfer marks round onto the back of tle... Then using a wet saw...And your good eye .... Tile Face side down ,take guard of wet saw and run it over the blade inside your marks....eh presto.. :lol: Or use a 4oz pin hammer and a claw...
